When enabled, Nemo may read your calendar, search your Gmail snippets, and retrieve your saved Memory. Results go through the configured Hermes cloud AI. These read-only tools cannot send mail, edit events, or change Memory.

Calendar answers use your latest successful phone sync. Connections and chat history belong to your profile and are available on your own paired devices.

Allow Nemo to use connected tools

Off by default. When on, Nemo uses your connected tools when relevant without asking again in chat. This choice is saved for your profile until you switch it off here. Calendar/Gmail copying into Memory is a separate choice on the Memory screen, and runs locally. Syncing alone does not enable AI access. Switching this off stops new tool access but does not erase information already sent.
